Welcome to Asoor, a platform designed for documenting and managing the product creation process. By accessing or using the services of Asoor, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.
1. Definitions
• Asoor: An application designed for documenting and managing the product creation process, provided by [2SQ/Asoor].
• User: Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the services of Asoor.
• Content: All ideas, images, texts, files, and data uploaded or registered by users on the platform.
• User Data: Includes personal information, user activities on the platform, and content created or registered.
• Collaboration: A feature that allows users to invite others (e.g., colleagues, instructors, or students) to collaborate on projects within Asoor.
• QR Code Sharing: A feature that allows users to share their content through a unique QR code, enabling others to access specific content.
• Free and Paid Services: Services available for free or with a subscription fee.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using Asoor’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using Asoor.
3. Account Creation and Responsibilities
• Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering for Asoor.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account, including passwords and personal information.
• Asoor reserves the right to suspend or block accounts that provide false or suspicious information.
4. Authorized Use of Services
Users agree not to use Asoor’s services for the following purposes:
• Creating or distributing illegal, harmful, offensive content, or infringing upon others’ rights.
• Sending malware, spam, or engaging in activities that disrupt the platform’s functionality.
• Violating local, national, or international laws.
• Asoor reserves the right to remove any content that violates or is deemed unlawful.
5. Ownership of Content and Intellectual Property
• Users retain ownership of the content they create and upload to Asoor.
• By uploading content to Asoor, users grant Asoor a non-exclusive, limited, and revocable license to use the content for providing services (e.g., displaying, storing, and backing up).
• Users agree that the content they upload does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Collaboration Feature:
o Users can invite colleagues, instructors, or students to collaborate on their projects within Asoor.
o Primary Ownership of the project always remains with the user who created the project. Only the creator has the ability to edit the original content of the project.
o Other users invited to the project (e.g., colleagues, instructors, students) will be able to add content related to the project but will not have editing rights to the original content.
o These invited individuals are allowed to contribute and add new content to the project, but any changes to the original content can only be made by the project creator.
• QR Code Sharing: Users can share their content via QR Code, which allows others to access specific content. The content shared through QR Code is accessible to anyone who scans the code, and users are responsible for the level of sharing they enable through this feature.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
• Asoor is committed to protecting users’ privacy and securing their data.
• User data is collected, processed, and managed according to Asoor’s Privacy Policy.
• Asoor may use anonymous or non-personal user data for analysis and service improvement.
• Users should be aware that content shared through QR Code Sharing may be accessible by anyone who scans the code, and responsibility for this level of sharing lies with the user.
• Collaboration Feature: Any content shared through the Collaboration feature will be visible to and editable by the collaborators, but the project creator retains control over the original content.
7. Subscription Plans and Payments
• Asoor offers both free and paid services.
• Users are required to pay the subscription fees for paid services as per the selected plan.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or discontinuation of paid services.
• Subscription Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but refunds are only provided under specific circumstances (e.g., ongoing technical issues).
8. Changes to Terms of Service
Asoor reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
• Asoor does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Asoor is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from misuse of the platform.
• Users are solely responsible for the content they upload and the usage of the platform.
• Asoor is not responsible for any misuse of the Collaboration or QR Code Sharing features.
10. Dispute Resolution and Complaints
In case of any disputes, users can send their complaints to [[email protected]]. Asoor will attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 30 business days.
If no resolution is reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of [France], and the courts of [Il de France] will have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Governing Law
