- Information related to users added to Collaboration projects, including their names and email addresses (only for invited users).
- Information related to QR Code sharing: This includes content shared via QR Code, allowing others to access the content.

- Device and browser type
- Information about user interactions with the app, such as time spent and pages visited.
c. Payment Information (for paid services)
- Payment details via secure payment gateways.
- Asoor does not store sensitive financial information such as credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Information
The collected information is used as follows:
- To provide and improve Asoor services
- To support users and respond to their requests
- To analyze data for improving user experience
- To send important notifications regarding changes in services or policies
- To ensure the security of user accounts and prevent misuse
- If users create projects with Collaboration, the information of project collaborators (both the primary user and invited users) will be shared to facilitate project management.
- QR Code Sharing: Information related to content shared via QR Code is used for sharing specific content with others. This sharing can either be restricted or public depending on the user's settings.
3. Sharing Information with Third Parties
We do not sell user information to any third parties. However, information may be shared under the following conditions:
- With user consent: When a user explicitly grants permission.
- To service providers: With companies and service providers who assist Asoor in offering its services (e.g., hosting data and processing payments). These companies are required to maintain the confidentiality of user data.
- With users in Collaboration projects: Information related to projects that users share with others, such as project details, uploaded content, and collaborators' activities, will be shared within the scope of the specific project and with the primary user's consent.
- With QR Code sharing: Information related to content shared via QR Code will only be shared with those who scan the QR Code. Access to this content is limited to those who scan the QR Code.
- Legal and regulatory purposes: If required by law or requested by government authorities to comply with local or international regulations.
4. Data Security
We take necessary technical and organizational measures to protect user data, including:
- Using encryption for transmitting sensitive information
- Storing data on secure servers with restricted access
- Regular updates to address security threats
User Responsibility:
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including passwords.
- Asoor is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from users' negligence.
- Users are responsible for the content shared via QR Code.
5. Users' Rights
Users have the following rights:
- Access to Information: Users can request access to the information we hold about them.
- Data Deletion: Users can request the deletion of their personal data, except in cases where data retention is required for legal purposes.
- Data Correction: Users can update or correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Control Over QR Code Shared Content: Users can manage and control the content they share via QR Code, including restricting or removing access to the shared content.
6. Data Retention
We will retain user data only for as long as necessary to provide the services and for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Unnecessary data or data requested for deletion will be removed from our systems.
7. Use of Cookies
Asoor uses cookies to enhance functionality and improve user experience. Users can modify their browser settings to block cookies, but doing so may limit some of the platform’s features.
